Police Blotter: DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid Accident

Alcohol
Alexandra K. Fischer, 19, of 11 Willowmere Drive, South Barrington, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Sept. 21 near Route 12 and South Old Rand Road. She also was cited with driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and possession of alcohol by a minor. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 31 court date.

Traffic
Lorena J. Aquirre, 31, of 1409 Darnell, Mundelein, was charged with driving with no valid driver’s license Sept. 20 near Quentin and Cuba roads. She also was cited with failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 5 court date.
Kimberly Ayala, 30, of 201 S. Buesching Road, No. 311, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving while license suspended on Sept. 20 near South Old Rand and Deerpath roads. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an Oct. 7 court date.
