Police Blotter: DUI, Traffic Arrests
The Lake Zurich Police Department reports arrests from Feb. 18 to Feb. 21.

These incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.
Alcohol
Kailey K. Gleason, 24, of 3402 Wembley Drive, Zion, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Feb. 19 on the 600 block of South Rand Road. She also was cited with driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 and speeding. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a March 12 court date.
Joseph D. Hardt, 64, of 535 Autumn Blvd., No. 104, Lakemoor, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Feb. 18 near Golfview Road and Route 12. He also was cited with improper lane use. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a March 12 court date.
Traffic
Vidal Martinez, 26, of 331 W. Hawthorn Circle, No. 4, Mount Prospect, was charged with driving while license suspended Feb. 20 near Paulus Park on Route 12. He also was cited with operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on $200 cash bond pending a March 16 court date.
Danielle S. Haensgen, 29, of 2611 Forestwood Drive, McHenry, was charged with driving while license suspended Feb. 18 near Route 12 and Pheasant Ridge Road. She also was cited with operating a vehicle with suspended registration, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a March 12 court date.
Santiago Jimenez-Landa, 34, of 11 Golfview Road, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license Feb. 18 near North Old Rand Road and Route 12. He also was cited with improper lane use. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a March 7 court date.
