Police Blotter: DUIs and Traffic Arrests

Traffic Arrest (DUI)                          

Ericelo Paredes, 41, 2255 North Keystone Avenue, Chicago, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Timber Lake Drive, Sept. 15, at 4:43 a.m. Paredes was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (felony), driving with a revoked driver’s license, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, operating an uninsured vehicle, and improper lane usage.  Paredes was in custody pending a bond hearing.      

Traffic Arrest (DUI)                        

Jane M. Pupa, 54, 975 Holly Circle, Lake Zurich, was arrested pursuant to the investigation of a disabled vehicle in the 900 block of South Rand Road, at 9:48 p.m., Sept. 15.  Pupa was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08.  Pupa was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of Oct. 15.

Traffic Arrest (No Valid)                 

Marlene Ibarra, 19, 3406 Greenleaf Avenue, Island Lake, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at North Old Rand Road, at 12:18 a.m., Sept. 15.  Ibarra was charged with improper lane usage and driving without a valid driver’s license.  Ibarra was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Oct. 5.

Traffic Arrest (No Valid)         

Fidel Miranda-Martinez, 45, 1456 East Ports O Call, Palatine, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Wooded Ridge Drive, at 2:24 a.m., Sept. 15.  Miranda-Martinez was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license.  Miranda-Martinez was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Oct. 5.

 Traffic Arrest (Suspended) 

Lisa G. Anderson, 43, 239 East Grand Avenue, Fox Lake, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Cuba Road at Lexington Lane, at 3:40 p.m., Sept. 14.  Anderson was charged with improper passing on the shoulder, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Anderson was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Nov. 2

Criminal Trespass                     

Jovan R. Stubbs, 32, 6558 South Campbell, Chicago, was arrested for criminal trespass to real property at 201 South Buesching Road, at 4 p.m., Sept. 14.  Stubbs was charged with criminal trespass to real property.  Stubbs remains in custody until he is able to post bond.
