Police Blotter: Moving Blankets, Dollies Stolen From Trucks
The Lake Zurich Police Department reports arrests and crimes from Oct. 8-10.

Burglary
Yvonne Taylor-Randle, 54, of 113 E. 57th St. No. 3, Chicago, was charged with burglary Oct. 7 on the 700 block of West Highway 22. The business owner reported that Taylor-Randle stole nearly $242 worth of perfume from the store, police said. She was also cited for retail theft. She was held pending a bond hearing.
An individual reported Oct. 7 that someone stole hundreds of moving blankets and two dollies from four unlocked moving trucks while the trucks were parked on the 400 block of Telser Road. The loss was estimated at $5,400. Police are investigating.
A woman reported Oct. 8 that someone stole her black purse from her vehicle while the vehicle was parked on the 200 block of Pine Tree Road. The purse contained $200 cash, her checkbook and credit cards. Police are investigating.

Traffic
Maria G. Lasso, 60, of 41 Golfview Road, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving without a valid drivers license Oct. 8 on the 900 block of North Rand Road. She reportedly left the scene of an accident, but police located her. She was cited for failure to provide information. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Nov. 18 court date.
