Police Blotter: Plastic Santa Stolen; Tires Slashed

Theft

A resident reported Dec. 9 that someone stole a plastic Santa decoration from the 700 block of Foxmoor Lane. The item was valued at $75. Police are investigating.

A resident reported Dec. 11 that someone stole a bicycle and attempted to enter a residence through a window on the 100 block of North Rand. Police are investigating.

An individual reported Dec. 11 that someone stole a camera from a coat on the 600 block of Orrington Court. The loss was estimated at $180. Police are investigating.

Criminal Damage

A resident reported Dec. 10 that someone punctured two tires on a vehicle while it was parked on the 200 block of West Main Street. Damage was estimated at $200. Police are investigating.

An individual reported Dec. 12 that someone cut two tires on a vehicle while it was parked on the 200 block of West Main Street. Police are investigating.

Forgery

Kohl's loss prevention reported Dec. 11 that someone purchased merchandise with a counterfeit $50 bill. Police are investigating.
