Police Blotter: Skateboard Stolen, Warrant Arrest

THEFTS
A woman reported that someone took her son’s skateboard from the 100 block of N. Old Rand Road, on July 28. The estimated loss is valued at $450. This matter is pending investigation.

On July 27, police received a report that someone removed credit cards from a purse in the 700 block of S. Rand Road. The estimated loss is valued at $157.89. This matter is pending investigation.
TRAFFIC ARREST (DWLS)
Marcellus J. Hill, 21, who resides at 2712 N. Villa Lane in McHenry, was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on Route 12 at Golfview Road at 2:46 a.m., July 29. Hill was stopped for illegal tinted front side windows. Hill was charged with illegally Tinted Front and Side Windows and Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended. Hill was issued a Mundelein court date of Sept. 7 and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
WARRANT ARREST
Fabia Delatorroe, 21, who resides at 2510 Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows, was arrested on a warrant on Route 12 at June Terrace, July 29. The warrant is out of Hoffman Estates and is for Failure to Appear for traffic offenses. The warrant number is W12K6956 and the bond amount was set at $1,000 which 10% applies. Delatorroe was able to post the necessary cash bond and was issued a new court date.
