Three boxes are available for purchase at the monthly delivery event: the Garden Box ($10) a seasonal mix of fresh fruit and vegetables; the Meat Box ($11) a variety four frozen meat items (chicken, turkey, beef); and the Large Meat Box ($24) a variety of 8 frozen meat items (chicken, turkey, beef, pork and fish). Purchase a Garden Box and a Meat Box together for $20.00, saving an additional $1.00.

Each month, Top Box Foods strives to offer customers a special value item. May’s special is 5 pounds of frozen salmon fillets for only $17.00!

Top Box Foods sources the best value deals directly from the wholesaler and then passes the savings on to the customer, up to 40% off retail prices. Community volunteers host the once a month delivery day events in Round Lake, Waukegan, and North Chicago where customers can preview the monthly box offerings before purchasing; service is fast, friendly and fun. No pre-order of boxes is required, and there are no resident restrictions. Everyone is welcome to save money on great foods. Cash, credit, debit and Link cards are accepted.

The next delivery is THIS Saturday, May 9th in Round Lake at Magee Middle School, 500 N. Cedar Lake Road from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Waukegan, Saturday May 16th at Carman-Buckner Elementary, 520 Helmholz Avenue from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

North Chicago, Wednesday May 20th at the North Chicago Public Library, 2100 Argonne Drive from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
