Twenty-One Cited for Possessing/Consuming Alcohol

Eight juveniles were among those charged.

charged 21 underage individuals with possession/consumption of alcohol after responding to a noise complaint Nov. 5 on the 400 block of Cromwell Court.

When officers arrived on the scene at about 10:20 p.m., they discovered a party and determined that several individuals under age 21 had consumed alcohol, said Deputy Chief Kevin Finlon.

Ticketed were:

  • Jonathan D. Mularz, 18, of 295 Knox Park Road, Lake Zurich
  • Kevin M. Schaar, 19, of 1300 Country Club Road, Lake Zurich
  • Bradley M. Iwicki, 19, of 21350 W. Highland Drive, Lake Zurich
  • Austin J. Braum, 18, of 565 Ripplebrook Court, Lake Zurich
  • Jeffrey T. Schultz, 18, of 59 Mionske Drive, Lake Zurich
  • Kevin J. Lapean, 18, of 565 Waterford Drive, Lake Zurich
  • Christopher A. Watson, 18, of 725 Red Bridge Road, Lake Zurich
  • Blake A. Stezskal, 18, of 950 Colonial Court, Lake Zurich
  • Zachary J. Ullman, 18, of 315 Whitney Road, Lake Zurich
  • Jeffrey R. Reasner, 19, of 839 Warwick Lane, Lake Zurich
  • Tamar Rekvinashvili, 18, of 1202 Bristol Trail Road, Lake Zurich
  • Joseph J. Dailidas, 19, of 1099 Berkshire Lane, Barrington
  • Matthew A. Wallor, 18, of 1045 Cedar Creek Drive, Lake Zurich

Eight juveniles were also cited for similar violations. 

Finlon said the individuals cited will be required to pay a fine or attend a Village Adjudication Hearing.

"It is the policy of the Lake Zurich Police Department to thoroughly investigate all reported incidents," said Finlon. "The Lake Zurich Police Department is dedicated to eliminating the dangers associated with the consumption of alcoholic liquor by those that are underage."
