Yoga Nidra Workshop for Relaxation and Balance

Join JAI Yoga Studio for a relaxing and restorative Yoga Nidra Practice while learning about chakras on February 21.

Does the week leave you feeling anxious and in need of balance and relaxation? If so, JAI Yoga Studio’s Yoga Nidra Workshop on February 21 is just what you need! Yoga Nidra is a Yogic Sleep used to purify the body and mind. Our workshop will teach you about this restorative process long used by yogis as well as the chakras through a guided practice. We will begin with an Asana practice before moving into the Chakra Balancing Nidra. The Asana will help improve energy flow while cleansing organs and expanding muscles and joints. Come for both sessions or just Yoga Nidra. JAI Yoga Studio is so excited to welcome Tracy Walker to lead this workshop. The event begins with Asana from 5:00PM-6:15PM followed by Yoga Nidra from 6:30PM-7:45PM. Dress comfortably in yoga clothes. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows for the Yoga Nidra practice.
