• Lansing to vote on TIF agreement for proposed Mexican ice cream shop (thelansingjournal.org) — Lansing officials are set to vote Tuesday on a tax-increment financing agreement that would help the Salazar family open a La Michoacana Jana Mexican ice cream shop at 3440 Ridge Road. The proposed $57,000 reimbursement would support plumbing, architectural work, and signage as part of a roughly $200,000 buildout, creating a new dessert option alongside Tacos & Burritos Rancho Grande.
