11th Annual Giving Back To Lemont Concert Planned For Saturday

The free, five-hour concert, starting at 4 p.m., raises money and collects donations for the Lemont food pantries.

LEMONT, IL — The 11th annual Giving Back to Lemont concert returns on Saturday to downtown Lemont.

The free, five-hour concert, starting at 4 p.m., raises money and collects donations for the Lemont food pantries. The concert is held on the grass lot next to Next Mex, 319 Front St.

Non-perishable food donations could include: canned meats, meals and pastas, boxed meals, microwavable food/meals, name-brand cereals, peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, coffee, paper products, personal care items, and cleaning products.

The line-up for the concert is: Abby Chaidez, Jim Mandra and Friends, Rocket Ralph Johnson and Friends, Kendall Colette, Timing's Everything and Revdog.

There will also be prizes, raffles and giveaways at the event.
