We ask that you complete this form and allow us the opportunity to join you in prayer for your special intention, need, thanksgiving, or worry.  The Pastors and Ministers of the LCMA will join you in praying for your need, or prayer of thanksgiving. If you would like to speak privately with a pastor/minister, or have a need that you would like to have someone call you about, please share that with us.  All content is completely confidential, only to be shared among the LCMA Pastors and Ministers. You will NOT be contacted unless you specify otherwise.

This year's National Day of Prayer theme/scripture verse is: "Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples." ~ 1 Chronicles 16:24

We are thankful that God has placed us in this corner of the world to declare who He is, his glorious mercy and grace, and his marvelous deeds.
We will be gathering for a community prayer service on Thursday May 7th, 2026 at the Lemont Police Department (14600 127th Street, Lemont) from noon-1pm and invite you to join us!!

If you have any questions about the prayer service or this outreach please email info@hopeandfriendshipfoundation.com
