COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Planned At Lemont Township

The "walk-in" clinic will be held Dec. 16 at the township community center.

LEMONT, IL — Lemont Township will host a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the community on Dec. 16. The township said no preregistration is necessary for the clinic.

The clinic will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Dec. 16 at the township community center, 16300 Alba St. All three vaccines will be available, the township said.

Last month, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention expanded recommendations for booster shots to include all adults who had received a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least six months after their second dose. Any of the three vaccines can be used for a booster dose.
