Digs on Canal and Hope and Friendship team up to #BetheLight

In lieu of the annual AFSP Suicide Walk, Hope and Friendship and Digs on Canal bring an opportunity to assist, memorialize, and support.

The annual AFSP suicide awareness walk had to go virtual this year so we learn to adapt and continue on.....

The Gricus family has joined efforts with Hope & Friendship Foundation to bring awareness, hope and light at @digsoncanal this week.

Stop by and get your tickets to win a Baby Yoda 6 tickets $20- 2 chances to win (drawing at 8:30pm Oct. 10; Raise Your Head is performing from 6-9pm); pick up a luminary for $1 donation to light up the courtyard in memory of someone, or to be the light to another; write a message of memorial, or a message to encourage one who needs to see the good around us on our #bethelight canvas.
There is so much good right here, right now, and so many that need to see and feel that love and light.
Donations will benefit assistance for counseling for those struggling here in our community, and offer assistance to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention outreaches. Pick up some of their information while you're Downtown Lemont @digsoncanal

Our local Pirates are once again doing their thing and raising money to rally support and walk the plank for the Lemont Food Pantries, Lemont Fire Department, Lemont Police, Hope and Friendship Foundation, and for Suicide Prevention. You can support then and find one of their treasure chests next to the Baby Yoda ticket box at Digs on Canal.
