DUI, Domestic Battery: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Feb. 29

• Boban Cvetkovic, 56, of Homer Glen, was charged at 11:57 p.m. with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, improper lane use and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an incident at 131st Street and Archer Avenue. Cvetkovic was issued an April 20 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

March 1

• Tanaja Tyler, 20, of Joliet, was charged at 2:32 a.m. with DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding and improper lane use following a traffic stop in the 13700 block of Archer Avenue. Tyler was issued an April 20 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Missael Linares, 28, of Pharr, Texas, was charged at 11:33 p.m. with driving without a valid license (never issued) and defective windshield following a traffic stop at Ravine Drive and Spruce Hill Court. Linares was issued an April 16 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

March 2

• A juvenile was charged with domestic battery at 6:45 a.m. following an incident in the 700 block of State Street. The juvenile was petitioned to Cook County Juvenile Court.

March 4

• Nicole Fernandez, 21, of Lansing, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked at 6:40 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue.

March 5

• Joshua Rogers, 22, of Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked at 12:18 a.m. following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 127th Street. Rogers was issued an April 17 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
