DUIs, Domestic Battery: Lemont Police Reports

LEMONT, IL — The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

July 3

Ruben Granados, 42, of Chicago, was charged with DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving while license suspended/revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper parking on a roadway at 1:53 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 1100 block of State Street. Granados was issued a July 27 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

July 7

Luis Marquez-Cortes, 25, of Lemont, was charged with DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use at 2:50 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 16100 block of New Avenue. Marquez-Cortes was issued an Aug. 30 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

July 16

Robert Stewart, 48, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery at 7:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Main Street. Stewart was taken to the Cook County Jail for a bond hearing.
