DUIs, Domestic Battery: Lemont Police Reports

LEMONT, IL — The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Dec. 1

Steven Tomayer, 51, of Manteno, was charged with criminal trespassing to a residence after an incident on Oct. 14 in the 1200 block of Village Drive. Tomayer was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Dec. 3

David McGuire, 57, of Lemont, was charged with DUI-alcohol, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and following too closely at 9:06 p.m. at State and 127th streets. McGuire was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Dec. 9

Mark McGuire, 31, of Lemont, was charged with criminal damage to property and interfering with reporting of domestic violence after an incident on Dec. 5 in the 16100 block of New Avenue. McGuire was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Dec. 11

Matthew Munro, 38, of Downers Grove, was charged with DUI-alcohol and improper passing at 6:19 a.m. at Rolling Meadow Drive and 127th Street. Munro was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Dec. 13

Martel Green, 34, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery at 9:19 p.m. after a Dec. 5 incident in the 300 block of Stephen Street. Green was taken to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Dec. 17

Elvis Ramirez, 40, of Chicago, was charged with DUI-alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper parking on the road at 11:18 p.m. at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Ramirez was issued at Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
