Early Registration Open For Quarryman Challenge In Lemont

LEMONT, IL — Early registration is open for the Quarryman Challenge, which will be held May 8. The race is held annually, although it was not held at all in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It is $45 to register for the 10-mile race, and $25 to register for the 5K, according to the event website. Prices will increase by $5 starting Feb. 28. If you registered for the 2020 race, you were automatically transferred to the 2021 race.

The race runs through Lemont, and runners face steep inclines and hills. The 5k and 10-mile race both start and finish in downtown Lemont.
