Petitions for the consolidated election April 5, 2011 for library board trustees can be turned in between Dec. 13 and Dec. 20 at 5 p.m. Four, 4-year library board of trustee seats are available.
Position on the ballot is determined by time and receipt of petitions. Should more than one petition be filed at the same time by mail or in person, a lottery to determine ballot order will be held at Lemont Public Library District at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2010.
