Lemont 2020 Trick-Or-Treating Hours
You can trick-or-treat in Lemont from 3 to 7 p.m. on Halloween.
LEMONT, IL — Lemont will hold trick-or-treating hours from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturday. The village said if you want to participate, you can keep your porch light on.
If you don't want to trick-or-treat around the neighborhood, the Lemont Police Department and the Lemont Public Library are both offering contactless trick-or-treating events. Bowls of candy will be set out at the police department, and the library will hold a drive-thru event from 3 to 5 p.m.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently released guidance for fall and winter holidays.
It did list traditional trick-or-treating as a higher risk activity and stated the costume masks should not be used in place of cloth face masks. You also should not wear a costume mask over a cloth masks, because it can make it hard to breathe. The CDC suggested using a Halloween-themed cloth mask.
