Lemont Freedom Days 2019: Schedule Of Events
Freedom Days includes the fireworks show, a tribute to the veterans, an open swim and more.
LEMONT, IL — Every year, the Lemont Park District hosts Freedom Days, and plans several events on the days leading up to the Fourth of July. Freedom Days culminates with the Independence Day Extravaganza and the fireworks show on July 3. This is the schedule for Freedom Days 2019:
All-American Swim
- June 30, at Centennial Pool at 12 p.m. The swim party is for all ages and includes free entry to the pool, games with prizes, music and more.
Stars & Stripes Tribute To Our Veterans

- July 2, Legion Park at 6:30 p.m. The park district will pay tribute to local veterans during the veteran's salute.
All-American Basketball Academy Clinic and 3-on-3 Tournament
- July 2, at the CORE at 12:30 p.m. The free basketball clinic starts at 12:30 p.m., following by the tournament at 4:30 p.m.
Independence Day Extravaganza

- July 3 at Centennial Park, starting at 4 p.m. The extravaganza features a kids zone, beer garden, food court, entertainment and the fireworks show ends the night at 9:30 p.m.
