Lemont Holds Zoom Town Hall For Small Businesses

The village hosts the town hall to provide information for small business owners in Lemont during the coronavirus pandemic.

LEMONT, IL — Lemont will hold its third Zoom small business town hall at 10:30 a.m. Friday. The village continues to host the town hall weekly to provide information for small business owners in Lemont during the coronavirus pandemic.

This week, the village said it will discuss the payroll protection program options and the latest announcement of additional small business funding from the federal government.

Kevin Lynch from the Small Business Development Center at Joliet Junior College and Lemont resident and managing director for a commercial real estate investment group, Jason Schiffman, will return again to discuss preparations for funding, along with staff from the village and Heritage Corridor Business Alliance.
