Lemont Keepataw Day Seeking Grand Marshal Nominations by August 1st
The Keepataw Day Committee is seeking nominations of Lemont's oldest lifelong resident to be Grand Marshal of this year's parade.

The Lemont Keepataw Day Committee is seeking nominations for Grand Marshal of the 71st Annual Keepataw Day Parade.
This year's parade theme is, “Celebrating 150 Years of Lemont.” In keeping with that theme, the committee wishes to honor and celebrate Lemont's most senior lifelong resident.
Grand Marshal nominations should be for an individual who has lived in Lemont for his or her entire life. The Grand Marshal also must be available to participate in this year’s Keepataw Day Parade on Sunday, September 3, 2023.

Nomination forms can be found on the Lemont Keepataw Day website and must be submitted by email no later than August 1, 2023, to parade@lemontkeepataw.com.
The Keepataw Day Parade will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2023, starting at 1 pm in downtown Lemont, and will be followed by a Fun Fest to include food and beverage vendors, a lineup of bands, kids activities, a craft market, and more.
