Grand Marshal Announced for 2016 Keepataw Parade

The Lemont Firemen’s Association and the Lemont Keepataw Parade Committee will host the 66th Lemont Keepataw Parade on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at 2 p.m. in downtown Lemont. The theme for
the 2016 Lemont Keepataw Parade is Service to the Community.

We are proud to announce that the Lemont Park District will be honored as the Parade Grand Marshal for providing safe, accessible and premium facilities, parks and programs to the Lemont community for the past 50 years. The Lemont Park District strives to be collaborative, proactive and progressive in serving the Lemont community.

Parade lineup starts at 12 noon in downtown Lemont at the Corner of Main and Lemont streets. Parade will start promptly at 2 p.m. The 26th Annual Lemont Heritage Fest will kick-off immediately following the
Parade.
