Lemont Library Offers Sports, School Physicals
Physicals will cost $20 each, and will be offered from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Public Library will host school and sport physicals on Thursday, provided by Vodicka Health and Wellness, the library told Patch.
Physicals will cost $20 each, and will be offered from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Appointments are preferred, but limited walk-ins will also be available, the library said.

Once your physical is finished, you will be given the appropriate paperwork to submit to school districts and athletic offices. Each appointment lasts about 25 minutes.
