Lemont Man Caught With Pants Down Outside White Castle: Cops

LEMONT, IL — A 36-year-old Lemont man is facing public indecency charges after he was allegedly seen masturbating in the parking lot of a TJ Maxx in Downers Grove Nov. 15. Police said Matthew Kimball, of the 0-100 block of West Deer Lane, still had his pants down around his feet and his "penis exposed" when they tracked him down at White Castle, 1204 75th St., around 9 p.m.

According to a police report, Downers Grove police were first called to the parking lot of TJ Maxx and HomeGoods for a report of public indecency. When they arrived, they were told the car in question was last seen in the parking lot of White Castle and was occupied by a younger white man.

A woman told police that she was in the parking lot of TJ Maxx and Homegoods when Kimball was "masturbating while making direct eye contact with her" as she pulled out of her parking space.

Police went to White Castle to find Kimball slouched in the driver's seat of his car. Police said Kimball was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and had his jeans "pulled down around his feet," but tried to put his pants back on when he saw police officers approaching.

Kimball was taken into custody and later released on bond. He is set to appear in court on Dec. 26.
