Lemont Woman Drove Drunk With 5-Year-Old In Car: Cops
A Lemont woman was arrested for DUI after she blew three times the legal limit with her five-year-old child in the car, authorities said.

LEMONT, IL — A Lemont woman was arrested for DUI after she blew three times the legal limit with her five-year-old child in the car, according to officials. Police said Tricia Eby, 34, of the 16100 block of New Avenue, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Dec. 3 at New Avenue and Lockport Street for DUI and endangering the life or health of a child.
Lemont Police said another motorist called in Eby after following her and seeing her drive erratically. A police officer was able to pull Eby over in the commuter lap of the Metra Train Station after seeing her make several traffic violations.
According to police, Eby failed field sobriety tests and blew a .286 on the breathalyzer. Eby was released on bond, and will appear at the Bridgeview Court House. DCFS was also contacted, since Eby's child was in the car during this incident.
