Matt's Barbecue Opens In Lemont
Matt's Barbecue menu includes brisket, pulled pork, sausage, brisket sammies, hot dogs, potato salad, elotes and mac and cheese.
LEMONT, IL — Lemont's newest business, Matt's Barbecue, is now open. The Heritage Corridor Business Alliance held a ribbon cutting for the authentic Central Texas-style barbecue restaurant last week.
The restaurant, at 308 Canal Street, is open Wednesday through Sunday, and offers indoor and outdoor dining.
Wednesday and Thursday are "sammies" only, and Sunday is ribs only, according to the business website. Matt's Barbecue menu includes brisket, pulled pork, sausage, brisket sammies, hot dogs, potato salad, elotes and mac and cheese. Check out the full menu here.

Restaurant hours are 4 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday through Friday; 1 to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 1 to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
