Possession of a Controlled Substance
Brandon V. Baermann, 32, of Westmont was charged with possession of a controlled substance and illegal transportation of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue at 11:19 p.m. on Jan. 26.

Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by Felon
Derek M. Tracy, 31, of the 800 block of Singer Avenue was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by felon, no FOID card, two counts of harassment by telephone and telephone threat following an incident in the 800 block of Singer Avenue at 5:38 p.m. on Jan. 30.

Disorderly Conduct
Nicolas C. Shinn, 19, of Bridgeview was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor following an incident in the 900 block of State Street at 10:57 p.m. on Feb. 5.
Obstructing a Peace Officer
Mateo A. Flores, 18, Oak Lawn was charged with obstructing a peace officer and unlawful comsumption of alcohol by a minor following an incident in the 900 block of State Street at 10:57 p.m. on Feb. 5.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Antonis C. Polychronis-Desmond, 21, of Mokena was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, unlawful use of electronic communication device, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a stop at Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road at 8:43 p.m. on Feb. 9.
Obstruction of Justice
Cinthia Y. Garcia, 18, of Wheeling was charged with obstruction of justice following an incident in the 14600 block of 127th Street at 10:55 p.m. on Feb. 9. Deisy E. Hernandez, 21, of Palatine was charged with obstruction of justice in the same incident.
