Goodwill Industries and the Chicago Blackhawks congratulate Old Quarry Middle School for taking 1st place in the, Pass It On Challenge. Students and parents donated over 34,842 items beating second-place Park View Elementary School by over 5,000 items. As the winning school, Old Quarry will have a current member of the Chicago Blackhawks team visit the school in January to congratulate our students and staff. Principal Billingsley said, "I am not surprised, our students and staff understand the importance of community and kindness, and we feel honored that we can help organizations assist those who are in need."
