Police Blotter: Traffic Offenses, Mob Action, Violation of Order of Protection
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests and incidents Oct. 29-Nov. 2. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Oct. 29
Suspended License, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, No Insurance
Francisco Castro, 46, of Deerpath Lane, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. at Lemont and Bluff roads. He was charged with driving while license is suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Castro was issued at Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.
Suspended License, Speeding, No Insurance

Germantas Valionis, 19, of the 1-50 block of W. Roberta Drive, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. at Lemont and Bluff roads. He was charged with driving while license is suspended, speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Valionis was issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.

Montserrat Herrera, 20, of the 1000 block of Crestview Drive was arrested at 2 p.m. following an incident at the Lithuanian World Center at 14911 E. 127th St. Police said Montserrat was charged with mob action in that she knowingly assembled with two or more persons (both juveniles) during the commission of a felony robbery. She was issued a Dec. 11 court date in Bridgeview.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
Violation of Order of Protection
Sheri L. Forillo, 49, of the 1000 block of McCarthy Road, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. following an incident on the 50 block of Fourth Street. She was charged with two counts of a violation of an order of protection and appeared at the Bridgeview Court House, where her bond was set at $50,000.
Thursday, Nov. 1
Driving While License is Suspended
Daniel J. Grist, 44, of the 12000 block of Thornberry Drive, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. in the 16700 block of 127th Street. He was charged with driving while license is revoked and issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.
Friday, Nov. 2
Theft from Motor Vehicle
Sometime between 6 p.m. Nov. 2 and 10:30 a.m. Nov. 4, someone stole a purse, credit cards and checks from a vehicle in the 800 block of Houston Street.
