Restoration Stewardship Weekend Planned At Sagawau Learning Center
Volunteers can help to work restore ecosystems at the free event for ages 10 and up.
LEMONT, IL — A restoration stewardship weekend is planned July 30 and July 31 at Sagawau Environmental Learning Center in Lemont.
You must register for the event at 630-257-2045. Volunteers can help to work restore ecosystems at the free event for ages 10 and up. Tools and safety equipment will be provided, according to the preserve's website.
Sagawau offers a visitor center and classroom, as well as four walking trails. The visitor center is open year-round from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
