Skinny Cookies

   3  Bananas  
   2 cups Instant Oatmeal; or regular oatmeal  
   1/4 cup Peanut butter  
   1/4 cup Cocoa; powder  
   1/3 cup Applesauce; unsweetened  
   1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas, then add the rest and stir. Let sit 20 minutes. Drop on ungreased cookie tray with a teaspoon. Bake 10-12 minutes. If you have a sweet-tooth in the house, add 1/4 c. of chocolate chips to half of the recipe (unfortunately, it'll double the calories!).


Chunky and flavorful!
 
"I added 1Tbsp Sugar in the raw, 1/4 c butterscotch chips, 1/8 c shredded coconut. I also split 1/8c peanut butter and 1/8 c Nutella. They turned out delicious!
