Sky High Kite Fly Planned In Lemont

LEMONT, IL — Although many summer events and programs have been canceled due to the coronavirus, the Lemont Park District is still holding its Sky High Kite Fly on June 29.

The kite fly will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Centennial Park,16028 127th St. You can bring your own kite to fly or there will also be a limited supply on hand to purchase.

Other Lemont Park District events taking place this summer include the drive-in movie series, a drive-by parade on July 3, and Bubble Fest on Aug. 18.
