Village Hosts Workshops on Future Land Use

Residents are invited to offer input on future land use in Lemont, at two planning workshops to be held Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. and Monday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m.

Workshop participants will use interactive tools to aid in the development of the Lemont 2030 Comprehensive Plan’s future land use map, according to Planning and Economic Development Director Charity Jones. Workshop participants will also be able to pick up copies of draft chapters of the Comprehensive Plan for review and comment. Both workshops will follow the same format.
