DUI, Driving with Cell Phone 
Jason Reyes, 35, of the 13900 block of S. Teakwood Drive, in Homer Glen, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, violation of electronic communication device law following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Archer Avenue. He was issued a June 20 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

DUI, No Insurance, Improper Lane Usage
Timothy J. Spizzirri, 33, of the 11900 block of Hillcrest Drive, in Lemont, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and improper lane usage following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of State Street. He was issued a June 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis, Drug Paraphernalia
Brandon Debuano, 19, of the 16700 block of S. Ottawa Street, in Lockport, was issued local citations for possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Route 83. He will appear in local court.

No Valid License, Improper Lane Usage
Susana Mayren-Saguilan, 47, of the 200 block of Iowa Avenue, in Joliet, was arrested for no valid drivers license and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at Lockport Street and New Avenue. She was issued a June 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

TUESDAY, MAY 20 

Driving on Suspended License
Jeannie M. Velasquez, 39, of the 6600 block of W. 88th Place, in Oak Lawn, Illinois was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop in the 800 Block of State Street. Mr. Velasquez was issued a June 20th court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

MONDAY, MAY 19

Violation of Sex Offender Registration
Eric C. Carlson, 45, of the 0-50 block ofWild Plum Court, in Lemont was arrested for violation of sex offender registration following an incident in the 0-50 Block of Wild Plum Court. He appeared in the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.

Domestic Battery
Jaime J. Herrera, 43, of the 12900 block of Blue Grass Drive, in Lemont, was arrested for domestic battery following an incident in the 12900 Block of Blue Grass Drive. He appeared in the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.
