Alef Sausage Company adds four all-natural salami products to its gourmet offerings

(February, 2013) – Alef Sausage Company, producers of gourmet, European-style sausage and meat delicacies, is adding a new line of all-natural sausages to its already extensive assortment of products.  The newest salami selections are made with natural meats, freshly-ground spices and natural preservatives, and include a low-fat alternative.

The products, which are comparably priced to Alef’s other sausages, are:

• All Natural Summer Sausage -- Uncured dry salami made with beef, pork and freshly ground all-natural spices.
• All Natural Dry Turkey Salami -- Uncured dry salami made with freshly ground spices. A lower fat alternative to beef with the same taste.
• All Natural Old-Fashioned Dry Salami – Uncured dry salami made with beef, pork and freshly ground all-natural spices.
• All Natural Dry Beef Salami -- Uncured dry salami made with beef and freshly ground spices.
