Advocate Condell Medical Center’s Centre Clubs will be hosting two community health and wellness fairs in February.
The fairs will take place from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Centre Club-Libertyville on Monday, February 17; and 8 to 11 a.m. at the Centre Club-Gurnee on Friday, February 28. All services are free and include:
- Know Your Numbers screening and Heart Risk Assessment tool
- Orthopedic booth including gait and balance screenings
- Hearing screening with Dr. Theresa Jagasia of Beltone
- Foot screening with Dr. Scott Jacobsen, podiatric surgeon
- Understanding blood sugar numbers
- Cancer exercise specialist
- Weight management booth with Dr. Jennifer DeBruler and Dr. Faisal Saeed, as well as a registered dietician
- Body fat and flexibility assessments with Centre Club’s certified fitness trainers
- Chair massages provided by certified massage therapists
- Centre Club tours and information booth with member services staff
- Goodie bags and raffle prizes
