Coffee Cupping and Tasting

Enjoy an evening learning how coffee professionals taste coffee. You will “cup” four different coffees to taste for differences in flavor and body, develop an understanding of coffee flavor profiles, and learn briefly about the different processes used in growing, drying and roasting coffees. Questions are welcomed! Towards the end of the class we will taste the favorite coffees brewed via our regular brewing method. This class meets at Hansa Coffee in Libertyville. No discounts or vouchers. Tuition: $25. Class meets 6:00–7:30 PM on September 30, at Hansa Coffee Roasters. Registration is required.
