Dairy Dream Owners Ask For Help Finding Burglar

The business fell victim to a robbery early Monday.

LIBERTYVILLE, IL -- The owners of Dairy Dream in Libertyville are asking for the public's help in tracking down a burglar who robbed their business early Monday. A person broke into the ice cream shop, at 1229 W. Park Avenue, at about 1 a.m. and robbed the business, according to a post on the Dairy Dream Facebook page. The robber appeared to be a man who was taller than 5-feet, 10-inches tall and was wearing a green morph suit, sweatpants and Adidas-brand sneakers.

"Although this situation has been very disheartening and frustrating - we are extremely grateful that this happened while the store was closed and for the help of the Libertyville Police Department," according to the post.
