You can help us reduce the stress our dispatchers experience by following a few suggestions when calling 911: remain on the phone (even if you dialed accidentally), know your location, don't allow children to play with phones (every phone with a battery has the capability of dialing 911), remain calm and answer the dispatchers questions.
