Free Outdoor 'Frosty Fest' Held This Weekend In Gurnee
A day of "winter family fun" is planned, which will include crafting, sledding and snow play, s'mores, hot cocoa and more.
GURNEE, IL — The Gurnee Park District will host a free outdoor winter festival from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Frosty Fest will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Bittersweet Golf Club, 875 Almond Road, Gurnee. A day of "winter family fun" is planned, which will include crafting, sledding and snow play, s'mores, hot cocoa, festive winter games and more. Those stopping out are encouraged to bring their own sled.
