Green Clean-Household Uses for Herbs

Do you want to avoid harsh chemicals? Learn to clean and disinfect naturally using herbs. Create moth repellents that will not repel your nose, find out all the possible cleaning uses for an herbal vinegar, create mixtures to disinfect the bathroom without harmful chemicals, make your own laundry soap, learn to repel ants, fight fleas, and make household chores more aromatic with items like air deodorizers. Each participant goes home with skills, recipes and a special sample. $12.50 material fee is included in the tuition. Gold Card Fee: $24. Tuition: $35. Class meets 7:00–9:00 PM on Thursday, October 15, at Vernon Hills High School. Registration is required.
