We would need to eat 3 large kale leaves, 2 cups of spinach, 5 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 3 apples, 1 lemon, and one piece of ginger to get the same amount of nutrients you receive in one 16 oz. glass of juice. When you drink juice, highly concentrated vitamins, minerals, and enzymes rapidly enter the bloodstream absorbing all of the nutritional benefits of the fruits and vegetables and giving your digestive organs a much needed rest. Learn all about juicing! We will discuss the benefits of juicing, how to juice, recipes, juicers, and how to incorporate it into your daily lifestyle. Juicing is great for everybody!
