Whether you are a novice or first time investor, or you are a seasoned investor looking to invest further in real estate, this course offers valuable insights into the process of purchasing investment properties. Learn everything you need to know about buying your first rental property, and start building your real estate portfolio. Learn the road-blocks to look out for with foreclosed properties. Get familiar with contracts, closing costs, inspections, appraisals, down payments, interest rates, credit requirements, and negotiating with banks and sellers. This class will be a valuable tool to use as you begin investing in real estate. Gold Card Fee is $9.50. Tuition: $19. Class meets 6:30–8:30 PM on Wednesday, October 7 at Libertyville High School.
