Lake Co. Police Officers Save Ducklings from Storm Drain
The ducks were pulled from a storm drain in Winthrop Harbor.

A family of ducklings that became stuck in a storm drain earlier this week are back on dry land.
On Sunday morning, two Winthrop Harbor Police Department Marina Community Service officers, with the help of an employee from nearby Skipper Buds, helped fish the ducklings out of a storm drain, according to a Winthrip Harbor Police Department Facebook page.

The ducklings were set free after being removed from the storm drain, according to the Facebook post.
