Libertyville Residents Invited to Guided Cook Park Tree Tours
Explore Cook Park's distinctive trees with Master Gardener Sue Hazelwood during free guided tours on April 25.
LIBERTYVILLE, IL — Libertyville community members can explore the unique trees of Cook Park during a guided tour led by Sue Hazelwood, Club President and University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener.
Hazelwood will point out distinctive tree species and share insights about their characteristics, providing an entertaining and educational experience for participants, according to a post on the MainStreet Libertyville Facebook page.
Tours are scheduled for Saturday, April 25, with two sessions at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Each tour is limited to 14 people, and attendance is free.
