Libertyville Teen Arrested for Underage Drinking Following Report of Disturbance in Parking Lot
Police were called to a report of a fight or a disturbance in the parking lot of a Libertyville apartment complex on Oct. 3.
Libertyville police officers responded last month to a report of fight or disturbance in a parking lot at an apartment complex and arrested one for underage drinking, according to police reports.
Police were called to the parking lot in the 500 block of West Park Avenue at 2 a.m. on Oct. 3.
Police said they interviewed several individuals and learned Jack R. Stone, 19, of 407 Sandy Lane in Libertyyville, was the person who was verbally aggressive and “acting in a threatening manner,” according to the Libertyville Police Department reports.

Police noticed the strong odor of alcohol on Stone’s breath and a subsequent breath sample confirmed that he was under the influence of alcohol, according to the police report.
He was arrested and later released on a $120 personal recognizance bond. He is charged with unlawful consumption of alcohl by a minor is expected in court on Nov. 25.
