Man Arrested for Battery at Libertyville Bar
The incident occurred on Sept. 23 at a bar in the 100 block of Lake Street.
LIBERTYVILLE, IL — A 25-year-old North Chicago man has been arrested on a battery charge following a disturbance at a Libertyville bar last week. Jose Catillo, of the 1200 block of Victoria Avenue, is accused of battering a person at a bar in the 100 block of Lake Street in LIbertyville at about 9:41 p.m. on Sept. 23, according to a Libertyville Police Department report.
He was taken into custody and released after signing a personal recognizance bond. He is next expected in court Oct. 16.
