Man Caught With Pants Down Arrested for Disorderly Conduct: Police
Randy Foss was arrested after he was spotted with his pants around his ankles and sitting on an outdoor bench in Libertyville, police said.
LIBERTYVILLE, IL - A man who was spotted with his pants down and sitting on a outdoor bench in Libertyville now faces a disorderly conduct charge, police said. Police were called to the 700 block of North Milwaukee Avenue on May 28 after a complaint about the person who had his "pants dropped to his ankles," according to a Libertyville Police Department report. Police found the man who has been identified as Randy B. Foss, 62.
Foss was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. He was later released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

Foss is next expected in court on June 7.
